WHAT LASER DO YOU HAVE?

We use a medical grade diode laser machine that is suitable for all skin types. Our laser head also offers an advanced crystal freeze technology to numb the treatment area which allows for a more comfortable treatment throughout. 

how long does it last?

Laser hair removal works when the light emitted to the laser head is absorbed by the pigment/melanin in the hair follicle. The light is transformed in the heat which subsequently damages the hair and stunts future growth. Over the course of a treatment the aim is to permanently reduce the unwnted hair for good.

how many sessions do i need?

On average women usually require between 6-10 appointments to get their desired results and men slightly more. This is just due to the natural testosterone levels in men stimulating the hair growth cycle quicker than women.

HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO COME?


Anywhere between 4-8 weeks you will have an appointment. This depends on the area we are treating and how many sessions you have had. You do need to make a commitment and understanding your course. This will take around 12 months to fully complete however you will begin to see amazing results within the 1st-3rd sessions.

does it work on light hair?

Unfortunately, the laser light is designed to find pigment (colour) in the hair follicle so lighter tones like white/blonde/red would not be suitable for a laser treatment course.


can i still tan?

Our tanning rule is no sun for 7 days before and after. This includes holidays booked , direct sun or sunbeds. With only one appointment required every 4 to 8 weeks we can easily schedule your appointment around holidays and any occasions where you may want to be bronzed. Please no fake tanning products of any kind on the skin for appointments, it is also advised to avoid wearing for 2 weeks prior to treatment but it can be added after around two days post treatment.
